[virt-tools-list] Next virt-manager release early September

Hi all,

I'm planning the next virt-manager release for sometime in the first week of
September. So if there's anything you want to finish before then, please plan
accordingly.

The only thing on my todo list besides some misc bug squashing is to
investigate the libosinfo integration improvements listed in this bug:
