[virt-tools-list] virt-v2v questions

I have a couple of questions about virt-v2v.

1.  When will virt-v2v support iSCSI connections for VM conversions?
Is it a planned feature?

2.  I saw in the man page for virt-v2v that it can convert VM's over
an SSH connection, yet I can't find an example on how to do that.
Could someone post a quick walkthrough on how that's done?
